Terms of Use

-The prices given are for one-time reproduction, and one edition of that publication, unless you bought the ownership right of the photo or otherwise have my permission or have bought an exclusive right for the photo.

-When in use, the photographer's name is given as follows: Photo © Øystein Lund Andersen

-Images must not be lent or sold to a third party without the prior agreement.

Payment & Delivery of the photo

- Payment is possible trough paypal, western union and bank-transfer (buyer accepts the sending fees)

- Photos are delivered electronically in original file size .jpg format, usually within 48 hours, as in e-mail attachment or shipment of a DVD, unless otherwise agreed.

Photography services

I also provide general photography services, and aerial photography/video using a quadcopter with camera that has a range of 150meter.  The fees below are ment as guidelines.

-The prices given above are only for my services and equipment use.

-Additional costs may apply: transportation costs, accommodation etc. if travel is included in the plan.

-Normally the photos taken during my hired time, will not become your exclusive property - however the terms regarding this can be discussed.
